What is being offered
400 hours, in two pools of 200. 200 hours for a PI affiliated with KASI, and 200 for a PI who is a member of the Korean Astronomical Society. A proposal is counted against one pool on the basis of the PI’s affiliation alone; the Call for Proposals gives the rule in full, including what happens to a proposal that is not selected in the first pool it is considered in.
A second call, contingent on continued operational funding, is expected in summer 2027 for 1 September 2027 to 31 August 2028 — twelve months, with the same 200 + 200 hours. This call covers nine months for the same total, so scope and cadence should be planned accordingly.
Where to send it
